Group 1 holds daily/secret chests (offerId 1, 2, 11). Group 2 holds starter/boost/gold/discount/returning offers (3-8, 12-16). Group 3 holds iridium overseer bundles (17-19). priority breaks ties, cooldown is days before it can show again (0 always, 9999 once), bundle/aura names the payout. Condition lines are opaque match rules: do not decode param numbers, only tune priority/cooldown/payout.

Only offers listed in sv_offerEnable in default_platform_config.lua can appear (stock 6,7,17,18,19). To run an offer, add its id there and set cooldown 0 here. aura payouts must match an AccountAura defName.
