This site is a non-commercial, community-driven dedication project for fans of Star Conflict.

2. User-Generated Content & Forums

The Outpost is a community platform that provides a forum-like communication structure (posts and comments), an information base, and a resources section. Some of those elements may require login for security reasons.

• Public Visibility: Any information you post in the forums or the "Ideas" section is visible to the public. Only your nickname may be exposed to the public.

• User Responsibility: Striving to maintain a healthy community comes first - however, the site owner is not responsible for content posted by users. Content that violates community standards or copyright will be removed or altered.

• User Control: Every user is allowed to delete their account instantly at all times in their account settings.

• Kuula.co: 360° panoramas via iFrames from Kuula.co may be embedded. Interacting with these embeds may allow Kuula to collect technical data according to their own privacy policy.

• YouTube: There may be sitewide embeddings of YouTube videos. Interacting with these embeds may allow YouTube to collect technical and statistical data according to their own privacy policy.

• No External CAPTCHAs: For spam prevention and to avoid sending your data to third-party CAPTCHA providers, a local math-based module is used for various forms and login/registration pages.

4. Intellectual Property & Fan Assets

• Game Assets: This site uses icons, wallpapers, and materials from official Star Conflict fan packs and the Star Conflict Wiki, and other assets such as 3D models and media. These are used under the assumption of fair use for fan dedication and aesthetic purposes only. The Outpost does not claim ownership of these assets; they remain the property of Gaijin Entertainment/Targem Games (or respective owners). Copyright owners have the right to object our presentation of said media at any time and without legal procedures.

• Your Contributions: By uploading resources or ideas, you grant The Outpost the right to display that content to the community with or without requiring login.

5. Data Security & Sharing

• No Commercialization: The Outpost does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

• Security: The Outpost uses standard security practices to protect your information, but please remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
