At the end of ConfigureMatchmaker(), reward_mult maps weekday (0 = Monday) to time windows with per-rank rate strings or a flat goldReward. Stock: Monday 00:00-01:00 and 00:00-03:00 normal rates, Monday 02:00-05:00 +50 gold, Saturday 10:00-13:00 +100 gold.

For a permanent double-XP localhost, add entries covering all days with rateExp/rateCred of 2, or widen one window to 0-24.
