Each Mission names the mission, the levelName to load, playable ship-rank window rank/rankMax, required accountRank, disabled 1 off, raid 1 marks a raid, difficulty easy/hard/wave. RaidSchedule Period lines rotate three raid levels through numbered slots in file order.
<PVEMissions>
  <Mission name="pve_frozen_station_t2" levelName="pve_frozen_station" rank="1" rankMax="17" accountRank="6" disabled="0" raid="0" difficulty="easy" />
  <Mission name="pve_raid" levelName="pve_raid" rank="10" rankMax="17" accountRank="1" disabled="0" raid="1" difficulty="" />
</PVEMissions>
<RaidSchedule>
  <Period level="pve_raid" start="48" finish="48" />
</RaidSchedule>
Enable a disabled mission by flipping disabled to 0 and adding its level to Lua pveSchedule rotatingLevels/permanentLevels. Keep rank windows inside ranks your players own or the mission never offers.
Additional Notes:

Mission levels must also appear in Lua pveSchedule.
