Every line is one title: id plus name, durationInHours 0 means permanent, anything else expires after that many hours (168 = one week, used for ChampionshipWinner and RatedTop1-3). Granting is done by achievements and military ranks via rewardTitle, this file only declares the title.

Event localhost: set every durationInHours to 0 so nothing expires. Do not renumber ids; rewards reference them by id.
