Each Pack is one shop offer: price is real-money units, value plus bonusValue is the credits granted. InventoryExtensions start every account at baseSize 50000 and each Extension line sells extra slots for credits (goldCredits 0 means credits-only). AutogenInventoryExtensions is the separate seed-chip inventory with much steeper prices.
<CreditPacks>
  <Pack price="20" value="140000" bonusValue="0" name="TinyCreditPack" />
  <Pack price="1000" value="7000000" bonusValue="700000" name="MediumCreditPack" />
</CreditPacks>
<InventoryExtensions baseSize="50000">
  <Extension size="75" credits="25000" goldCredits="0" />
  <Extension size="150" credits="75000" goldCredits="0" />
</InventoryExtensions>
For a localhost make the first Extension cheap (credits 1) so nobody hits the cap. Do not rename Packs; the shop references them by name.
Additional Notes:

Autogen extensions are seed-chip storage, not normal cargo.
