In ConfigureShard(), prestige = (regular ships * store_prestigePerVssl) + (premium ships * store_prestigePerPremVssl). Raise a coefficient and that ship category pushes prestige up faster. 

-- Contribution of one regular ship to account prestige. (type: float)
cvars.store_prestigePerVssl     = 0.01
-- Contribution of one premium ship to account prestige. (type: float)
cvars.store_prestigePerPremVssl = 0.01
Both default to 0.01. For faster prestige gain on a fun server, raise both (e.g. 0.1).
